January 27, 2026, Ipoh, Malaysia — Onymy Sdn Bhd and Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn Bhd have formalised a strategic collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand the availability of QRate Lite to businesses across Malaysia.

Under the MoU, Synergy Alliance Solutions will actively introduce and recommend QRate Lite to its customer base, while Onymy will provide the basic version of the platform free of charge for a one-year period from activation. The collaboration is intended to support businesses in strengthening customer-experience measurement and feedback-driven decision-making.

QRate Lite offers core customer-experience functionalities, including brand rating, Net Promoter Score (NPS), optional call-back capability, and an in-app dashboard, along with an in-app AI assisted analytical summary that helps users interpret feedback trends and key themes more efficiently. The platform will be positioned as a standalone recommended tool, with optional upgrades available separately.

“This collaboration reflects our commitment to helping businesses adopt practical digital tools that deliver immediate value,” said Dr Alex Fong, Founder and Managing Director of Synergy Alliance Solutions. “By recommending QRate Lite to our customers, we are enabling them to better understand customer sentiment and take meaningful action, without adding cost or complexity to their operations.”

Roshini Visvananthan, Chief Executive Officer of QRate at Onymy, said the collaboration aligns with the company’s mission to make customer-experience insights more accessible. “Many businesses recognise the importance of customer feedback but lack the tools to capture and act on it effectively. Through this collaboration with Synergy, we are taking an important step to support customer-centric business practices in Malaysia.” She added that Onymy was a Cradle’s grant recipient (CIP Spark) in 2025 for QRate, which has supported the continued development and market readiness of the platform.

Through this collaboration, Onymy and Synergy Alliance Solutions aim to lower the barrier for businesses to start listening to their customers in a structured and meaningful way. Both companies are Malaysia Digital (MD) Status, and share a focus on enabling SMEs to strengthen customer experience through practical technology and adoption support. By combining platform accessibility with on-the-ground engagement, the collaboration aims to support SMEs in making better, customer-driven decisions as they grow.
