Our Journey So Far
QRate was born from years of working in customer service, CX consulting, and training. Again and again, we realised the real gap wasn’t skill. It was accountability, visibility, and the ability to follow through on change. Gathering feedback was difficult, often done only once in a while, and the data didn’t reflect real customer experiences that were happening every day. Relying on just one source of feedback meant we were only ever seeing part of the picture, so improvements rarely lasted.
We started QRate with one simple building block, and our clients helped shape everything that came after. By listening closely to their needs and evolving alongside them, QRate continues to grow so that businesses can grow, improve, and truly serve their customers better.

The QRate team is intentionally small, focused, and deeply collaborative. We believe people do their best work when they are trusted and encouraged to lean into what they love, so we design roles around passion, strengths, and meaningful contribution.Our partners are not “resellers” but true collaborators who help us shape the product, bring real-world insights, and build impact together.

Roshini
Roshini is our Co-Founder and CEO, with years of hands-on customer experience consulting and a deep passion for building meaningful service cultures. Outside of work she lights up through music, art, and travel, always drawing inspiration back into the way QRate grows and serves.
Murali Krishnan
Murali is our Co-Founder and COO, bringing deep banking experience and a repeat-founder mindset that stays close to the build, shaping QRate’s product decisions, release priorities, and how we ship improvements based on real user feedback, plus he is an adventure-travel enthusiast who brings fresh perspective back into how QRate grows.
Zuraidah
Zuraidah is our Go To Market Partner and the CEO of Pixel Business Consulting. She brings years of corporate and customer experience expertise, with a deep understanding of people development and how teams truly grow. She is also an entrepreneur at heart and a brilliant baker, blending creativity, structure, and heart into everything she helps us build.
Mayuran
Mayuran is our Go-To-Market Partner and CEO of ATTUNE Consultants, helping design practical, high-impact CX solutions for enterprise clients. He loves travel, cars, food culture, and is always exploring finance, investing, and new ideas to learn from.
Mindie
Mindie is a Go To Market Partner and an innovative sales coach. She leads H&M Learning as Managing Director, with over 20 years of experience in sales and people development. Her passions include body and soul healing, Chinese metaphysics, Tai Chi, and human psychology, bringing a holistic lens to how she supports people and organisations to grow.
